Overall Satisfaction with end product: 4/4 The finished counters, cabinets, and floors all met the specs discussed before construction. The areas of the walls that had to be replaced were matched to our current wall color/texture. Fibonacci went the extra mile on our floors when it was discovered our sub flooring was uneven to the point the floating vinyl slats wouldn’t have worked. Alina and LJ found the correct material to smooth out the sub floor so the vinyl slats could be installed. 

Overall Satisfaction with the whole process of working with us: 4/4 Amazing! Fibonacci was very patient when my insurance company took forever to approve estimates. Alina provided plenty of awesome looking options for our cabinets, counters, and flooring. She worked tirelessly to make sure our new base boards and windowsills matched the existing ones. LJ’s estimate of the timeline for work was very accurate. Overall, my expectations were set appropriately, and Fibonacci met those expectations. 

Quality of workmanship: 4/4  The quality of the workmanship was A+. My insurance may have only paid enough to restore my home to its original state, but Fibonacci ended up improving my counter tops, floors, cabinets, windowsills, base boards, and even a hole in the ceiling that had nothing to do with the damage from the accident 

Quality of materials supplied/recommended by Fibonacci: 4/4  All materials are of great quality. Alina and LJ made sure I got to inspect everything before it was installed. 

Thoroughness of description of job (Scope of Work) in estimate: 4/4 Fibonacci was very detailed in their estimate. Their analysis of my home prior to construction was thorough, the estimate of price was almost 100 percent on point, and the estimated timeline to complete the job was accurate. 

Project Completed in a timely manner: 4/4  To no fault of Fibonacci, the job took a few extra days. My sub flooring is warped and piecemealed together from years of it being worked on by various contractors in days gone by, which came as shock to us all when it was uncovered. Alina and LJ did their best to assess the situation and worked very hard, even in their off hours, to figure out how to smooth over the sub flooring so the new vinyl flooring could be laid. There were also issues with patching the new walls due to the weather suddenly changing from sunny and dry to rainy. I was kept informed of the issues daily, so there were no surprises on my end. I was very happy how they handled it. 

 Any warranty issues or concerns were addressed: N/A

Change Orders to original scope of work were discussed: 4/4  I was kept in the loop about all changed that had to be made, which was mostly about the sub flooring. In the end, I think there was only about $200 in change orders because a good portion of my sub flooring needed to be replaced. 

Overall Satisfaction with communication: 4/4  100 percent happy with communication. Alina and LJ kept in touch with me through the entire process and responded very quickly when I had questions or requests, whether it was through talk, text, or email. 

Communication about delays: 4/4  LJ let me know about the several small delays due to unknown issues of my flooring and the inclement weather that affected wall patches not drying as expected. 

Professional Conduct: 4/4  All members of the Fibonacci team were very professional. I trust them entirely. 

Adequacy of site prep-in (masking etc): 4/4  They considered all aspects of prepping my home for construction, even putting up a temporary plastic wall to protect my upstairs from being blasted with dust. I had some furniture that couldn’t be moved out of the construction area, which they happily covered and moved around as needed. 

Adequacy of day to day cleanup: 4/4 They never left the site looking dirty or unorganized. You can tell Fibonacci does quality work because of how well they care for and organize the tools for the job. 

Adequacy of final cleanup:  4/4 After construction they cleaned my house in such a way that put my cleaning skills to shame. I had to take a moment to appreciate how clean it was before I moved all my belongings back in, because I likely will never see it that clean again. 

Were you comfortable with our presence in your home:  4/4 Yes! I even gave a house key to them so they could come and go as they pleased. 

Adequacy of "good neighbor" efforts: 4/4  I live on a street with next to no parking, and Fibonacci had to deal with my neighbors who own a small fleet of vehicles between them. Thankfully those neighbors were willing to move their cars when needed, but Alina and LJ still had to put up with it. 

Ease of Payment: 4/4  Couldn’t be any easier than they made it. I had the option of debit, credit, check, or ACH. My payment was processed right away and it was very clear what each payment covered. 

Why did you choose us? I know Alina and LJ through my convenience store, and they were my best and most loyal customers. Having interacted with them for quite some time before I needed work done on my house, I trusted them and felt comfortable hiring them over other contractors.

Would you recommend us to a friend? Why or why not? Absolutely! The work was quality, timely and affordable. Alina executed amazing craftsmanship that went above and beyond my expectations, and LJ was very flexible about dealings with my insurance company.

Did you have any other contractors bid on the job? How do we compare? I had several other contractors look at the job and determine the scope of their work. Fibonacci was the only one who had a reasonable estimate.

How does the job we did for you impact your life? I am now able to enjoy the first floor of my home, and the cost wasn’t detrimental to my finances because of how Fibonacci worked with me and my insurance provider. Fibonacci also found an affordable temporary sink while we waited for insurance to approve the work estimate, which made my house livable while waiting for construction.

Did we set and meet reasonable expectations? I would say all expectations were met or exceeded, yes

Overall satisfaction with design services:  4/4 We loved being able to see what the remodel was projected to look like. Fibonacci was very proficient with the software used to make our renderings. 

Timeliness of 3D renderings being shared: 4/4  Even though we changed our minds about some of the building materials after the initial estimate, new 3D renderings were still made for us very quickly. 

Accuracy of the 3D rendering to what was originally discussed in the initial design meeting:  4/4 It looked almost exact to the renderings. 

 Realistic portrayal of the space, style, materials, colors, etc to the job: 4/4  The renderings were very accurate and gave us a good idea of what the final product looked like.
